Airborne catches some germs

Airborne catches some germs

The makers of Airborne tablets have agreed to pay 30 million dollars to settle a class-action lawsuit and charges that their germ-prevention is…well…useless.

We all kind of knew this was the case, but now we can’t even pretend. The placebo effect works sometimes, but not if there’s a settled lawsuit in the books.

Maybe they’ll start selling the fruit-flavored tablets as candy or a fun, fuzzy, effervescent…thing…you drink. Or maybe they’ll make something that actually works. Yeah…probably not.

Seasonality: Fall

This one was so much fun to write. Lindsay came up with the concept and I got to play with words. They shot it beautifully and found some great music to put under it.

Health Care Industry

We were actually getting married for the healthcare! Adam called us up and asked if we'd make it into a show. It was surreal, but it ended up being kind of perfect.

Joshua Persky: desperate and alone

John Jamison discussed Joshua Persky: desperate and alone

It is pretty inaccurate for you to describe as "job offers" a mere phone call from a recruiter (Singapore/Tokyo) and the mention of a possible opening (Boca Raton) as you do. It is a long way from a headcount slot to an actual offer letter. Plus, Persky himself says he already has a plan to relocate if he can't find something in NY, so.... your rating: fail.
