Agree with Kris Nair, that was a key comment.
The biggest obstacle facing traders is lacking faith in their own decision making.
Smart guy being long stock market bloggers.
Great interview, Lindsay!
BTW, as trivia, has anyone ever said they were short Wallstrip? Just wondering.

Been waiting patiently for the first “Short” Wallstrip . I was surprised to hear Curtis Faith not take the opposite side of the trade like he did with Gold and Global Warming. Fun interview

Great interview. He is so correct as to the market having more noise now, causing the need for a great deal more patience when trend trading. And data availability? Wow, back in 1984+ we used to pay a nickel per quote.

I love how Lindsay makes all these geeks look uncomfortable. Faith and Covel act like they never have spoken to a sexy woman with a brain.

dTrain,
I don’t think Curtis was at all uncomfortable. He always talks slow and deliberately (he’s a turtle, hello!).
People always assume that smart guys are socially awkward and that beautiful girls are idiots because it makes them feel better about themselves. Sorry, but some people do have it all.

My impression of the interview wasn’t based upon the manner of his speech. Speech tends to be indicative of comfort level only with poorly educated subjects. My analysis was based about eye movements, body language and facial expressions. You should study up on the topic and watch the interviews with Covel and Faith again. You might then notice the similarities between the personas they both presented to Lindsay.
I don’t know if Faith has it all, but he certainly has a minion on this board.
