                                    I apologize for posting this here as Cody was on last week, but I just saw the interview and felt this needed to be said. Rev Shark you are the real deal and deserve the upmost respect.

                                    I want everyone to know that Cody is a fraud has been representing himself for years.

                                    He is not a hedge fund manager and really has never been, for he has never derived real income from that “business”. At his peak he was managing no more than 5 million. Today he is managing almost nothing (when he went into cash last may he was giving money back to his investors as he moved to a new office). He set up a hedge fund solely to give himself credibility as a journalist and media personality. He derived his income from thestreet.com and his paid newsletter (which he lost due to lack of real research).

                                    Cody made his name on his early buy calls on Apple and Google, and his knowledge of tech and telecom from the boom and early bust years when he was actually in that industry. Today he is a tired act lacking real investment training. If you read his content over the years you will notice he never gets into real fundamental research or analysis. This is because he has neither the resources nor training to do so.

                                    On another level, Cody has a terrible temper (he will admit to this) and for the assistants who have worked with him, he has treated them harshly and cruelly. I would know, I worked with him over the internet for a week where he verbally abused me over instant messenger. I knew not to try to work with him in person as I was about to do. I heard the rest of this from the assistant he fired because the assistant didn’t answer his call on friday night about something insignificant. After the fact he has threatened both of us in different ways, but Cody is all talk about everything.

                                    I say all this not because I have an axe to grind, but those that portray themselves in such fraudulent and deceitful ways can cause a lot of damage. I do not want people to be hurt by his actions, enough have been already. I don’t want retail investors to listen to his advice on realmoney thinking he is an expert (this is just like or worse than the Cramer situation).

                                    Cody is a dynamic, smart guy who at times makes good arguments and can sound very convincing. He can and has fooled many people when they first get to know him, as I certainly was as a naive college student. However the more you get to know him and read his stuff, it becomes apparent who he really is.

                                          It’s a little known fact…

                                          NASA gives Rev Shark a call if any system problems occur at Kennedy Space Center Central Control. Rev’s able to monitor Space shuttle launches, webcam chat, and trade… all at the same time on that trading platform.

                                            You can’t be serious. Being hired for an unpaid internship on the premise you are going to be doing stock research for a real hedge fund, when instead someone plans to use you to edit their blog is not what I call being “weak”. Neither is being berated on instant messenger before you officially start working for someone. I don’t know what kind of business you run.

                                            And I explained why I’m doing this, as I hate to continue to see Cody be taken seriously because he goes around promoting himself as things he is not.

                                                                This was a nice segment to end the week. It provided a bit of inspiration of sorts which was really needed after watching Cody Willard. I really like this guy Rev Shark. Not an egomaniac and that’s cool. I never heard of him before so it was cool to hear his story. Good job guys!

                                                                        I thought my 8 20 inch monitors was big time until I saw Rev’s set up. Wow, my hero and a true story of persistance. I have always appreciated Rev’s writing and short term nature of trading. He is dead on that the only way for a little guy to get to the top of the heap vs the Wall Street engine is to trade with risk/reward in sights all the time and make profits and do it over and over again. Thanks Rev. Do you miss Ann Arbor? I know I do sometimes but, your view makes memories seem distant I am sure.

                                                                                  Real Deal - Your job description sounds about right for an unpaid, no experience intern. Did you expect to be making trades on day one? Reminds me of an intern I had; day two he says he has it all mastered and needs to move on to more responsibility - perhaps a generational thing.
