My uncle (my father’s brother) is a managing partner of an Outback in Mass. He loves and praises the company and I respect what he says coming from our family owned business since 1925. Garlic mashed get the nod - home made in the kitchen.

The only thing this isnt bullish for is Private Equity long term.
Stay away from the deals when they are regugitated back to you 2-3 years later full of debt.
