    Five dollars for COFFEE?

Suddenly gas doesn’t seem so bad!

Seriously, I’m guessing McCain or Obama will steal that “transition year” tag line soon!

After 8 years of FAIL it’s time for a “Transition Year” or instead of the big O talking about change, he may begin preaching “Transition”

    SOLID AS ALWAYS JA! :)

Right where I work, there is a starbucks coffee shop. I like to go there because the coffee they offer at work was bad until recently. I like italian espresso and have a machine at home that treats me to one or two of those every morning. You cannot compare a $0.50 italian espresso to the $2something SBUX equivalent. No Way. The coffee is good if you need the drip with three espresso shots. But that is because of the caffeine, not because of the taste. Better than a lot of coffee shops around Zurich though, but not exceptional. And that’s the point. SBUX offers a mediocre coffee very expensive…

Since Howard sold our beloved NBA team - the Sonics - to Oklahoma, he’s earned the ire of many, many of us here in Seattle.

“Transition year” indeed. For me, it’s called Tully’s.
