If Time Warner er, AOL were to ever merge with iTunes I wonder if they would actually allow content from other companies on it or just push anything Warners related. I realize that would be a horrible business model, but it’s AOL, isn’t that what they do?

I used to recommend AOL to my friends that had kids years ago. It had the tools to easily block the kids from wondering onto the wrong web sites (as long as they used the AOL browser). There are probably better methods to block web sites today.
A few friends still keep their AOL email addresses just to prevent losing contact with friends, but I don’t believe they use anything else in AOL.
