Sigh… it always hurts me to see Crox on here again. Wanna hear a sob story?

I took my life savings and bought as much CROX as I could during the first few minutes it went public. Couldn’t get in at the IPO price, of course, so I ended up buying somewhere around 31. From there it went nowhere but down. I had SO MUCH faith in this company, but it seemed like nobody else did, as the stock just went lower and lower.

Eventually, being a actor newly landed in New York, and having trouble getting enough work that could fit my audition schedule, I was forced to sell while it was still at 28 (not even getting what I’d originally paid). I still had faith, but I couldn’t hold out any longer. It hit forty a month after that. While I still think Crox is a great company, seeing it at 56 makes me want to throw up a little.

This is why I am an actor/writer, NOT an investor.

I am very surprised with the bearish estimates on this wall. To Brian Shannon, it doesnt matter if winter is coming, Sept 21st is Q3 and at the end of October which is close to winter Crocs will still be reporting its Q3 summer estimates so the winter idea would hold up when they report Q4 or Q1 estimates. As for Bagel ‘the dog’ Lindzon Sketchers reported earnings and their knock offs of Crocs were a huge flop which sent investors heading for the sell button on earnings day. As for me Brazil is going to make it strong, Europe sales are still booming, and pretty much international sales are going to blow out next earnings of 0.62 per share. I believe this stock is still in growth phase and will be for another year at least.

I believe this stock will be at 70.25 by sept 21st.
