Ooh snazzy new intro. I think the OptionsXpress commercial should be changed to David Kalt jumping and screaming for 2 straight minutes. I really appreciate that Wallstrip posts new content every weekday and the IPO show is a nice bonus for the weekend.

Why can’t Lindsay work Sundays :)
Not that Lauren is hard to watch

Wrong timing on the last joke.

Re: Wallstrip IPO; I’d like to hear from the Wallstrip IPO Underwriter.
Re: Naked Putz; I just got it. Will there be a spin-off? Naked Callz, call girls analyzing the market.

I am sure Lauren is a wonderful and talented person, but I’m sorry, I had to hit the button. I could not listen a second longer… if Lindsey works Mon-Fri, then she needs to tape something to run on the weekends!
“Putz” I didn’t get it until Richard said, “I get it.” Till then, I didn’t know there was something to get.

@Russ: Putz mean something in English? Sorry, English is not my primary language so I didn’t get the idea behind the name.

Seriously, how could you NOT enjoy the August Mac chick of the month?
Mac is doing well, VMWare is doing well.
Lauren is the proverbial cherry on top :-)

Why is it that the IPO sub-show has a better intro and lower-third screen than Wallstrip?
Kudo’s on another job well done.

i like it. a new face to mix things up. a weekend update is a +, and the direct, no schtick(?) news report angle works.

thx for feedback. keep it coming.
naked putz with an accent people reads naked puts, which is a synthetic way to be bullish. In the spirit of the derivatives bubble.

Lauern is a cutie and she’s done really well on the ’strip before, but she seemed almost robotic reading off the lines for this show. She really needs to get some spontaneity into it, but it doesn’t seem like it was all her fault - the script had no juice, or sidejokes like regular Wallstrips - you need to add some spice to it.

I love watching WallStrip and as much as I understand that neither of two girls probably understands more than half of the words she is saying. This episode especially looked like Lauren was just reading the teleprompter and seen the words for the very first time. Its VMWare, virtualization, this could be quite exciting episode and instead we got a pretty talking head with monotone voice. Can I have Lindsay back, please?

Lauren is fine as well. Let’s give her some more time and encourage her, and she’ll get even better.
Also, let’s face it, Lindsay already took off towards Moon; and set a new industry standard (whatever that may be!) for good. Others wiil surely be soon following her footsteps. Lauren is OK for now.
