If they would lower the price of beers I bet they would make more money. People go to the track, baseball game, concert, or amusement park with a budget, or at least an idea of how much they are willing to spend. Why not give the consumer two $2 beers instead of one $4 beer? The cost on those beers can’t be more than .20-.30 cents anyway. If the price of food and drinks were more reasonable the consumer would be more likely to return with more frequency. Plus cheep beer tastes better.

Only way you guys are having $4 beers at events is if you’re attending events in the 1970’s.
