    Seems that MCD stock price highly correllates with people stupidity over the years. You are, what you eat….

          Shane, you might want to talk to the folks at Akismet to get them to unflag your site as spam. Right now any comment with your URL goes straight into the spam filter. (ditto for Dave at Trade-Ideas). This will happen on ANY blog using Akismet — probably 99% of all WordPress blogs — so it may be worth the effort to get it cleared up.

            Whether eating at McDonalds, at Chilis, starbucks or home–the choice of whether or not to eat in a healthy manner is entirely yours.

            Super-size me was a “documentary” about making poor choices and could have been made at any location. He also could have chosen to have a diet coke and eat a salad every meal (yes they had good ones when that movie was made) and lost weight and felt great.

            Me thinks the “festival” crowd might not have been so supportive had he not chosen an American icon of entrepenurial success :)

                    No more trans fat? Next you’ll tell me they’re going to stop cooking their fries in rendered baby seals. This PC thing has just gone too far.

                    It’s nice to see however that there’s been no appreciable change in musical talent since the 1970s.

                            Ah, the memories of that commercial make me nostalgic for the good old days. Also, they remind me of when I still used to eat red meat! McDonald’s is ingrained into American culture whether we like it or not. Now I feel like a yummy filet-o-fish! However, I do have to say, I think that the “no trans-fat” trend is a good thing - good for the body’s health. Consuming trans-fat is like inserting a tub of “I can’t believe it’s not butter” in your arteries. Yuck.

                              I eat McDonald’s a couple times a year. I think making it available to people to eat every day helps ensure that natural selection continues to function on some level. Doing away with it could be harmful to the future of the species.

                                Carrot Sticks? High glycemic index carb and will fatten your ass as fast as a french fry.

                                I say keep selling the junk. If I want a healthy meal I’ll buy a frozen Kashi cardboard with sauce. But when I’m drunk, traveling, or both I might need that BigMac with large fries.
