I’d like 1 order of fried dumplings, low mein with baby shrimp, sesame chicken, and sum yung chick to go with the the buddhist delight. Oh…and extra duck sauce!

Gotta love the verbage: “Culturally acceptable” to steal music, software, etc. Where was this moral relativism when I was in my teens??

Great stuff in this one. The stock is up 6 bucks this morning.

I really learned a lot of stuff from this one even though I was already long the stock (a few shares)

Howard that’s the WallStrip effect! It’s caused me to buy a Blackberry and an Apple computer (which is boss!) in the last 2 months.

I wonder if the Chinese Government is allowing its people the priveledge of viewing this video….

Andy, no problems watching the video here in Beijing! It’s usually only the sensitive subjects of Taiwan, Tibet and Falun Gong that provoke the censorship filter.

It would have been nice to see Lindsay interview some people in China to hear what they prefer: Baidu, Google or Yahoo. I hear the weather is nice this time of year. ;)

You are so hot. I played the “ooo” part over and over. And the part where you say “big really big.” Sigh, you are so hot. And when you said “tingling” I quivered.
You are just so hot. Now what was it you were talking about?
                    Ah,who cares!
                    Do Baidu buy do.

I wikied some darn good baidu trivia, The name of Baidu was inspired by a Song Dynasty poem constructed in the ci form, written by Xin Qiji in the 12th century. The poem compares the search for a retreating beauty amid chaotic glamour with the search for one’s dream while confronted by life’s many obstacles. Hundreds and thousands of times, for her I searched in chaos; suddenly, I turned by chance, to where the lights were waning, and there she stood. (众里寻他千百度。蓦然回首,那人却在,灯火阑珊处。) Baidu, literally meaning hundreds of degrees, represents persistent search for the ideal.

Hmmm, the only thing creepier than Google is Google with ties to a repressive Communist government.

                                      But Lindsay looks terrific.

the industrial revolution of china and dubai are nothing short of phenomenal. we’re seeing something amazing.

another note: baidu and google’s inflated stocks. especially google’s are going to trigger a web 2.0 bubble burst scare when they start to crash and at their ridiculous trading prices i’m sure they will.
