                What an amazingly lame discusion on micro finance. It’s bad because it’s unproven, and may not lead to world peace. Would counter point consist of someone saying, “is so proven”. At least cite something specific, maybe about non-performing loans being taken off the books, before moving to the pervy guy’s nude massage

                      I am a big big fan of microfinance and have blogged about it. I agree we should have had a counterpoint and I wish it was me. Nothings perfect and we have to keep fixing the discussion ideas withinh the time limit but great onts and they are noted

                            To clarify, I don’t have a problem with microfinance in general. I have a problem with some of the more far-fetched claims for microfinance. And I think awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to Grameen and Yunus probably helps make those claims seem more credible, which is an unfortunate result.

                                    Lindsey says the guy was “indicted” not convicted. An indictment is a formal charge of having committed an offence. A charge, not a conviction. So why does she call him a pervert? Does an accusation make one a pervert? Is wallstrip taking the high road or the low road? Yep, it’s the low one.

                                        whether its an indictment or a conviction the fact of the matter is a middle-aged man invited unqualified MINORS over to his house to massage him.
                                        being a billionaire why wouldn’t you get a professional masseur? Its highly probably he paid them a swab of money to take their clothes off or massage him while he was nude.
                                        either way he’s a pervert. end of discussion.
                                        the argument could be made about whether he’s a sexual predator, and i guess thats what the case would be about.
